Dr. Greenspan has over 20 years of experience in headache and pain management. His expertise is the diagnosis of headache and facial pain disorders. His many satisfied and pain-free functioning clients are a testament to his successful treatment. Dr. Greenspan belongs to the American Academy of Head, Neck and Facial Pain, and the American Association for Functional Orthodontics. His other professional affiliations include the Academy of Osseointegration (implantology), the Academy for Sports Dentistry, and the Academy of Periodontology (gum diseases).

Dr. Greenspan believes that in many cases, treatment, especially surgery of the temporomandibular joint or TMJ, is initiated without a complete and thorough examination. His comprehensive and focused examination is aimed at first, listening to your problems, and concerns, and only then performing his personalized determination of the causes of your pain. Dr. Greenspan’s focus is on primarily non-surgical therapy, which in his opinion is the optimal and most predictable treatment today.
